Right of cancellation

You have the right to withdraw from this agreement without giving any reason within 30 days.

The withdrawal period is 30 days from the date:

  • whereby you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), have taken physical possession of the goods, provided that you have ordered one or more items in a single order and these have been delivered at the same time.
  • whereby you, or a third party designated by you (who is not the carrier), has taken physical possession of the last item, insofar as you have ordered multiple items in a single order and these have been delivered separately.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this agreement. This can be done by email: support@isadorasboutique.com.
You can use the attached standard withdrawal form for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.

To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of your exercise of the right of cancellation before the expiry of the cancellation period.

Consequences of cancellation

If you cancel this agreement, we will refund all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for any additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the cheapest standard delivery method we offer), without undue delay and no later than 30 days after the day on which we receive notification of your withdrawal.

For this refund, we will use the same means of payment that you used for the original transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise; in no event will you be charged any fees as a result of the refund. We may withhold the refund until we have:

  • received the returned goods, or

  • you have proven that you have returned the goods, whichever occurs first.

You must return or deliver the goods to us immediately and no later than 30 days after the date on which you informed us of your wish to cancel. The deadline is met if you send back the goods before the 30-day period has expired. You are responsible for the direct costs of returning the goods.

You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from the handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Reasons for exemption and loss of the right of withdrawal

The right of withdrawal does not apply to agreements concerning:

  • for the delivery of goods that are not finished products and are manufactured according to the consumer's individual choice or decision.

  • for the delivery of goods that can quickly deteriorate or have a short shelf life.

  • for the supply of alcoholic beverages, the price of which is agreed in the contract but which can be delivered no earlier than 30 days after the conclusion of the contract and whose value depends on market fluctuations.

  • for the delivery of newspapers, periodicals, or magazines, except for subscriptions.

The right of withdrawal lapses ahead of time in the case of agreements:

  • delivery of sealed goods which are not suitable for return for health or hygiene reasons if the seal has been broken after delivery.

  • delivery of goods which, after delivery, have been inseparably mixed with other goods due to their nature.

  • delivery of audio and video recordings and computer programs in sealed packaging, if the seal has been broken after delivery.
